Nico practices corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and
domestic and cross-border transactional matters.
Nico has significant experience participating in the representation of public and private companies,
private equity firms, financial institutions and pension funds in a broad range of domestic and
cross-border transactions and other corporate matters, such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures,
joint ventures, minority investments, private and public securities offerings and corporate reorganizations.
Prior to joining Oceana, Nico was a corporate associate at another international law firm.
